Key Responsibilities and Duties
Plant operation in shifts with optimum efficiency (DCS/ACS controlled system)
To maintain and comply with the safety systems and issue Hazardous work permit for jobs taken in shift.
Maintain plant and equipment reliability by observing machines in field.
Trending and analysis of plant parameters and take suitable action to resolve or escalate it to proper level.
Prepare and review plant production reports.
Should be conversant with IMS quality system.
