Key Responsibilities and Duties
Plant operation in shifts/general shift with optimum efficiency (DCS/ACS controlled system)
To maintain and comply with the safety systems and issue Hazardous work permit for jobs taken in shift
Maintain plant and equipment reliability by observing machines in field and escalate same whenever needed.
Trending and analysis of plant & equipment parameters regularly and take suitable action to resolve or elevate it to proper level.
Prepare and review plant production reports.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customer, peers and cross functional team.
To perform production analysis regularly and identify deviation and escalate appropriately.
